Which has better prices on car rentals....airport locations or your local car rental office?
Im planning on flying into Los Angeles to meet some people then take a drive to Las Vegas. Would it be cheaper if I rent a car from LAX airport or book something from the surrounding area?
Almost without exception you will get better rates at off airport locations. I am a HUGE fan of using Priceline for car rentals. You can get rates, usually about 25 - 30% less than the off airport rental locations. I have used Priceline for car rentals
