2011 LA Auto Show Visitor's Guide
Whether you agree or not, Los Angeles is still the epicenter of car culture. Detroit may be the Motor City, but L.A. is really where reputations are made or broken. And like the city itself, the L.A. auto show is getting busier, more crowded and harder to navigate each year.
We've been living here for the past 48 hours and want to give you the inside scoop on the hottest new cars and trucks. There were plenty of world debuts along with dozens of North American firsts, so there's plenty to see. Our list cuts through the filler and gets right to the cars that really matter at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Public days run from Friday, November 18 through Sunday, November 27 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Tickets for adults are $12, while kids under 12 get in free. There's plenty of parking at the convention center, but prepare for more crowded lots on the 19th and 26th, as the L.A. Kings have home games on those dates at the adjacent Staples Center.
