I have a car vauxhall astra 1.4 T reg . My car is not starting up and its got ice inside the radiator pipe and possibly ice in the engine. the weather is cold i do not have a garage. can anyone help me out ?

If there is ice in your cooling system, then it means there is probably water in the system instead of antifreeze. If that is the case the car is probably ready for the scrapyard. When water freezes it expands and in a car it can rupture numerous hoses
