Timing a Daewoo; which marks need to be in what positions for this 1.8l dohc engine?

Changed the timing belt, gears and tensioners. Jumped time at slow speed, under 5mph, no unusual noises from engine (interference engine) while it turns over. Engine still has good compression when turning it over, but doesn't ever even stutter and sputter
On the cam pulleys, the two things at top of the engine, one marked intake, other marked exhaust. They have a line in them. The line will match up with a point on the top. When these are pointing straight up at the mark look down at the crank shaft,
