Why are no autombile manufacturers offering a FlexFuel compact/small car that runs on E85?

I surmise that it is a conspiracy between big fat oil companies and auto manufacturers. The only E85 vehicles on the market are gas guzzling pick-ups/suvs, and semi gas guzzling mini-vans and sedans. The most efficient out there appears to be the Chevrolet

The thing is E85 is not available everywhere. The market is very limited and requires certain modifications to the car. The big 3 have made flex fuel cars for a long time. The biggest problem with E85 is that it evaporates at a much faster rate then gasoline
