Is a Hyundai Tiburon a fast car for a 18 year old?

Im in Australia getting my P's in a few more weeks. I've been looking into some cars (manual only) N i have my eyes set on a 2003 V6 Tiburon. I was just wondering in terms of speed how would it hold against a few of my friends cars.

It really depends on how much horse power and torque the engine has. My experience had shown me that 180hp is almost laughable. The other thing is fast vs quick. A fast car goes 150mph on the open road. A quick car is total different because it geared
