Can I put the Audi V6 Bi-turbo engine into my 2002 VW Passat?

Can I just put the Audi V6 Bi-turbo engine in my 2002 VW Passat GLX without changing many things? What things will I have to change?

The v6 probably fits bolts up to another similar v6 VAG engine without too much trouble BUT

you have to figure out engine management, that's a huge pain, engine mounts, exhaust and intake routing, emissions, and where would you place the
