How much would it cost to repair a few very large dents in my car?

I have a 1991 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. I dented in the diver's side door all the way to above the rear wheel. The paneling is ripped off (but I have it still) and my rocker panel is damaged. Does anyone have a guess at how much this would cost without
I used DentDoctor last year for a similar dent caused by some unscrupulous person in a Tesco car park banging their door off mine while parked. No respraying involved, he uses special tools to knock out the dent from the inside. Cost roughly €80.
