any idea, I can not find a single rental car to rent a one way car from JFK in NY to BDL in Hartford ? I tried, budget, Avis, Enterp, Hertz,Dollar, National
I just did a search on Orbitz. Hertz will do it. But maybe they just don't have cars available on the day you need to go.

Well I've driven through hundreds of toll booths in my life.
