its a flat spring belt tensioner, but i dont know how to loosen it, i dont see any bolts, can anyone help me?

Using a [16 mm], rotate the tensioner arm clockwise (about 14В° )and remove the belt from the pulley. The section to put the 16 mm wrench is located right in the middle of the tensioner arm.
